Once we’ve connected you with a loan officer, they will email you a link to register your account and get Octane access. What’s Octane? Octane is our home loan platform that makes the process faster and easier.
Create an Action Plan With Us

Complete Your To-Do List
Octane generates a personalized to-do list of all the remaining documents we’ll need from you. Don’t have everything all at once? No worries. You can sign into Octane and upload or e-sign your documents at your own pace. It’s secure and paperless so you can be confident that what’s private stays private.
Processing
Sit tight as we perform rigorous checks to ensure you’re getting the best refinance possible. Throughout the processing phase, you’ll be able to see your loan activity in Octane in real time. We’ll keep you up to date on where your loan is in the process every step of the way.
Closing
